"I have 2 of these, Replaced other brand units that had constant problems and compatibility issues. This is a relyable unit. Have used its older models as well with great results. HP does have well made stuff."

"We purchased 3 of them. One, we couldn't get the HP toolbox to load properly. Another would peg out the processor at 100% every 5 sec. You might want to wait until they get some new software out to fix the bugs or check with the HP website."
